‘Cement’ is
the most essential & basic constituent of any construction.
Technological refinement in cement technology has been a continuous
operation since its first production Various grade & specialty cements has been developed
during past century. Development of Fiber mixed cement has
been one of the latest development. It started with use of
glass fiber & now being promoted to use of Synthetic Fiber
(Polyester or Polypropylene). Conventional cement is not better
than futuretech cement.
‘FutureTech Cement’ is a concept
which takes lead from the Fiber technology applications in
construction. It’s an endeavor to provide customer fiber
premixed cement at affordable cost which is also user friendly.
Technology of manufacturing involves in-situ addition of performance improving ingredient at post grinding stage. Stringent quality monitoring mechanisms has been developed to ensure a high quality cement with optimum performance improving ingredient dosage as per prevailing statutory guidelines laid down by statutory bodies.

Company produce & market the
following grades of cements under the brand name ‘FutureTech Cement’
- FutureTech Cement Grade 43 OPC as per IS-8112.
- FutureTech Cement PPC (Part I) as per IS-1489.

ORDINARY PORTLAND CEMENTS (OPC Grade
43):
Ordinary Portland cement is the cement for specialized
works. Its applications cover dry-lean mixes, general-purpose
ready-mixes, and even high strength pre-cast and pre-stressed
concrete.
FutureTech Ordinary Portland Cement is a composite
of High Quality Portland Clinker, Gypsum, HRS (Fly ash
– as a performance improver) and Micro Synthetic
Polyester fiber (As a Secondary Reinforcement material).
It can be used in all kinds of constructions including
plain and reinforced cement concrete, brick and stone
masonry, floors and plastering. It is also used in the
finishing of all types of buildings, bridges, culverts,
roads, water retaining structures etc.
What is more, it surpasses BIS Specifications (IS 8112-1989
for 43 grade OPC)

PORTLAND POZZOLANA CEMENT (PPC - PART - I):
Future Tech Portland Pozzolana cement is a composite of High quality Portland Clinker, Gypsum and High Reactive Silica as a Pozzolanic materials (Fly ash, burnt clays, ash from burnt plant material or Silicious earths), and performance improving ingredient ( as a Secondary Reinforcement Material).
Portland clinker ground with gypsum, Pozzolanic materials and blending with performance improving ingredient at post grinding stage which, though they do not have cementing properties in themselves, combine chemically with Portland cement in the presence of water to form extra strong cementing material which resists plastic shrinkage cracking and drying shrinkage cracking, also lower the permeability of concrete and thus reduce bleeding of water. It also produces greater impact, abrasion and shatter resistance in concrete
The newly developed FRC named Engineered Cementitious
Composite (ECC) is more resistant to cracking and lighter
than traditional concrete.

| ADVANTAGES
OVER CONVENTIONAL CEMENTS: |
| |
- Improve mix cohesion, improving pump ability over
long distances.
- Presence of Micro synthetic Fibers in FutureTech
Cement prevents micro shrinkage cracks. (Fig no 1a,
1b)
- Improves homogeneity of the concrete by reducing
segregation of aggregates.
- Increase abrasion and impact resistance. (Fig no 2 and 3)
- Increase ductility, compressive, flexural and tensile
strength.
- Reduces water permeability which helps prevent corrosion
of primary steel.
- Increases energy absorption capability of concrete.
- Checks dampness saves on repainting cost. (Fig no 4)
- Reduces rebound loss by 50-70%. (Fig no 5)
- Improves shatter resistance in walls.
- Low curing time promotes high productivity.
- Reduced breakage during production/transit and placement,
improves resistance to abrasion, shatter & impact.
